Salmon in a honey marinade
Very simple and quick recipe for any red fish at your discretion. Besides, more and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    2 pack

  • Salt

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Sesame

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Ingredients. The fish can be marinated directly in front of roasting (10-15 min.) and leave it overnight. In my case, this is keta salmon fillets and marinate, I prefer it in the evening.

For the marinade mix soy sauce, lemon juice and honey (if thick, melt it a bit). Do not add salt.

Fillet wash, dry paper towel and cut into small cubes (sticks). Put in the marinade, stir and put into the fridge until until you do (More days in the marinade is not kept, so I can't say anything about how long he would be there.)

Now, when we need to feed his family, and to eat, we first put water for millet in bags from "Mistral" and cook according to the instructions on the package. Someone says that the wheat and the fish that, at least, strange. But I assure You that it is millet, this spicy fish combines the best. At least in our family.

Turn on the oven. Take a baking dish or, like me, a small frying pan. Grease it with oil and lay our fish wedges. Pour the leftover marinade. If desired, season with salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It is perfect for this variant fish. As soon as you start cooking the millet will be held 10 min., put our fish in the oven for 10-15 minutes at t= 180. (Do not desiccate).
