Description
This salad in my youth did for the holidays. If sold out smoked cod, cod can be boiled with liquid smoke. I take the rice bags, parboiled. Salad it's filling, delicious. Can be used as a garnish for seafood and fresh vegetables.

Products for the salad.
Prepared green onions - washed, dried.
Eggs cut, or grind in a blender, finely chop the onion, fish to clean and disassemble the pieces. Boil the rice until tender.
Begin to collect a salad. The first layer of rice mayonnaise.
Mix rice with mayonnaise and put prepared fish, again, add mayonnaise and chopped eggs.
Again a bit of mayonnaise and add onion. Mix everything thoroughly and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
The salad is ready, put in the refrigerator to soak for 2 hours. Then decorate. I decided to decorate it with olives, but sometimes (when there is) decorated with pickled grapes. You can see on the website is my recipe for marinating the grapes.
