Pineapple-banana smoothie
This thick and refreshing drink perfectly nourishes and refreshes on a hot Sunny day. To make it, you'll need a thick fermented milk product - yogurt, fermented baked milk, natural yoghurt, yogurt. And, of course, constituents of fruit - pineapple and banana. Pineapple you can use any canned or fresh, but the banana is better to take a ripe.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Ice

    0.5 cup

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Banana peel, cut into pieces. Use canned pineapple along with the syrup. All ingredients, except ice, put in blender and whip until smooth.

Into a glass pour the ice cubes. Pour smoothie into glasses, garnish and immediately serve. Bon appetit!
