Pancake week is far too behind, and I have only now found time to post the recipes for pancakes!

Cooking
Vegetables for the filling, wash, brush. Carrots grate on a coarse grater
Onions cut into cubes or mince
Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Once it becomes transparent, add the carrots. Fry everything together for about 15 minutes.
The eggs boil hard boiled, peel and grate on a coarse grater. To combine the onions, carrots and eggs, add mayonnaise, mix well.
To prepare liver, to scroll down through a meat grinder.
In the resulting mince add the eggs, milk, salt, flour, mix well. Let the dough stand for 5 minutes and start to bake pancakes.
To do it as usual in a hot pan, greased with vegetable oil or lard on both sides.
Each pancake grease filling, fold rolls and cut into several parts. Bon appetit!
