Dessert Nostalgie
Very tasty sweet and sour jelly pot de creme. Can be done with any fruit, except pineapple, because it dissolves the jelly.

Ingredients

  • Orange

    4 piece

  • Jelly

    2 pack

  • Raspberry

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

For the orange jelly: Take beautiful oranges;

Clean each orange, peeled, divided into segments and cleaned every dolecka from the film;

In 400 ml. of boiled hot water to dilute the contents of the sachet (it was written on my package);

Put peeled orange slices in a plastic bucket and pour the dissolved "jelly water" and put in the refrigerator overnight (I have the top covered with cling film, so that the jelly does not assume the smell of other products).

For the raspberry jelly: take two glass and put in each a spoonful of raspberry (I had pounded with sugar raspberries, think you can use any);

Cook the jelly as described above or on the package and pour in cups. And put in the fridge overnight.
