Description
I want to share with you the recipe of a very tasty tea. Maybe many will say that this is a Kalmyk tea, to which I objected, because these 2 dishes have a lot in common. But this tea is Buryat. For originality does not apply, perhaps my version is not quite accurate, but received from a friend living in Buryatia.

Cooking
Here are the products we need for tea.
To begin to put water on the gas and add 3 good pinches of loose leaf green tea. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Like boils, pour in the milk and stir without ceasing.
Add a teaspoon of salt without the top. Bring to the boil and cover it. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes.
Generally add oil to the pan, but I love everyone to put a teaspoon in a Cup. You can still add black pepper, this time I didn't put. And yet... this stage is also oil you can skip, but... after trying this tea and without, you will understand that to not do this, leaving a rich taste.
Strain tea and pour into cups. I love to drink salty tea with a bit of sugar dried fruit, this time is dates.
For some, the tea will seem very strange, and someone immediately in love with him as I am. But try it, it is a very nutritious and healthy tea.
