Cooking

Punching everything in a blender until smooth, taste. May need to add or salt, or Chile, or mineral water - you adjust density according to your taste, I like thick smoothies. Pour into glasses, serve with a straw. Honestly, I this smoothie is easy to "hold" from Breakfast until lunch to eat do not want at all;)
