Tomatoes with a salsa of vine leaves
This appetizer is too simple, but nevertheless has a very normal, full-bodied taste. From now on, the grape leaves will be collected not only for the dolma! Bon appetit

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Leaf vine

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    0.25 tsp

Tomatoes cut into circles, leave some to the salsa. The remaining tomatoes cut into pieces, grape leaves break-all put in blender, add lemon juice –chopped with a blender until smooth.

The prepared mixture stir, add pepper. Optional salt. Serve the salsa slightly chilled. Bon appetit
