Chocolate mousse without eggs
Light, airy and very quick dessert consisting of dark chocolate and liquid from the boiled chickpeas. The idea of cooking arose thanks to the brilliant recipe for a great chef JeSeKi "Meringue without eggs "Akwaaba"" for which her many thanks!

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

The liquid from the chickpeas whisk at high speed into a solid foam.

Chocolate melted in a water bath.

Gently mix the foam with the melted chocolate. Cooled in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
