Fragrant potato salad
This salad is always our family was called "the Village", prepared previously without olives and with scented oil. I decided to depart a little from classic family meals. Easy to prepare, tasty and filling salad with flavorful dressing. This salad would be perfect to vodka and herring, waiting for the end of the post, and yet no – frills- quickly and easily! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black olives

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Zira

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

It all began with the filling. To prepare you need a heat-resistant container, black and red ground peppers, sweet cumin seeds, herbes de Provence, fresh garlic and butter.

Spice mix, garlic, chopped not too finely and add to the spices.

In a frying pan (or any other suitable container) to heat the oil hot and pour it into the prepared fragrant mixture, mix thoroughly and let stand.

Onion cut into cubes, sprinkle with vinegar and leave to marinate.

Now potatoes. It should be peeled, cut into slices of medium size. And "warm up" in the pan for 3-5 minutes, adding 2-3 tablespoons of oil obtained from the gas station. Put warm potatoes in a bowl.

Cucumbers cut into large cubes and sent to the potato.

Add the onions and olives. It's time for refills. She just insisted and stood off. The spices and the garlic has done its job and settled to the bottom. We only need the resulting fragrant oil.

Add it to salad 5 - 7 table spoons to mix and serve.
