Roast chicken gizzards

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Paprika sweet

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

    3 tsp

  • Salt
