Very delicate, airy salad. Named it in honor of his daughter.

Mayonnaise

Cooking
Ingredients: boiled pork, boiled eggs, cheese, raisins, horseradish, mayonnaise.
Pour the raisins with boiling water and leave to swell.
Drain the water, raisins dry.
Cut into cubes boiled pork, grate on a fine grater cheese and eggs.
To prepare the salad bowl. Draw a mesh of mayonnaise, planted mounds fuck.
Make a grid of mayonnaise, put the raisins.
Again grid of mayonnaise, and on top of boiled meat.
Again grid of mayonnaise, put grated eggs.
Apply a mesh of mayonnaise. Sprinkle all with grated cheese.
