Beef with vegetables
Tasty, simple and quick to prepare dish. What we need, if you do not want to make meatballs. Served with rice or mashed potatoes. Very well suited in order to diversify the daily diet.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    130 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    140 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

In a deep pan or wok put the oil, garlic and onions.

When the onions become soft, add the minced meat and mix well to avoid lumps.

When the juice is evaporated, add the tomato paste, stir.

Add a glass of water, salt, seasoning, carrots and potatoes. Stir and cover with a lid. Simmer until the potatoes are done (10-15 minutes).

In the end add green peas and bell pepper. Stir, cover with a lid and wait until the mixture starts to boil, turn off heat. Leave the dish for 5-10 minutes, until the pepper has become soft.
