Fish-vegetable salad
Vegetable salad with vegetables and fish. Salad turns out delicious and hearty.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots grate on a coarse grater. Cut onion finely. Onion and carrot stew in a pan with vegetable oil. Stew until soft.

Boiled potatoes peel and cut into cubes. Potatoes, carrots and onions pour in a bowl.

Boiled fish fillet or baked in the oven cut into cubes and add to vegetables.

Add canned corn and soy sauce to taste and parsley. Mix the salad and serve. Bon appetit!
