Today I want to introduce you, friends, maybe someone to remind you about this delicious festive dish. It is prepared from Talina - small grains or flour from toasted grains of wheat, oats, millet, rye, barley or corn. Talkan is distributed in kitchen, Altaians, Buryats, Kazakhs, Bashkirs, Kyrgyz, Mongols, Tatars, Uzbeks. Grain is milled, then sieved, separating the different grits of grinding. Talkan is large and small grinding. Talkan has useful properties, it contains large amounts of vitamins, minerals, fiber, meals out of it healthy and nutritious. Zhent is very tasty! Ingredients

  • Millet

    350 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Peanuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    70 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the products. Fry peanuts, peel and crush. Sesame fry.

Melt over the fire butter (can be melted), add sugar, milk, cocoa.

Add honey, mix well. The sugar should completely dissolve.

Add talkan, peanuts, chocolate, sesame. You can put raisins. Mix well.

Lay on the molds, tightly compacted, you can put a layer and then cut into pieces or roll into balls, as you like.

To leave on the table for an hour, then put into the refrigerator. Allow to cool completely.
