Carrot-walnut cheesecake in phyllo dough
Carrots, marinated in sweet soy sauce, homemade tender cheese, caramelized walnuts and crispy crust of Filo pastry... a Very sweet Breakfast for the whole family... get it!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    700 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Corn starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Carrots

    700 g

  • Walnuts

    250 g

  • Phyllo dough

    6 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

Peel the carrot and grate. Folded into a suitable container and pour the sweet soy sauce. Mix well.

Walnuts grind. I love the not-too-small pieces of nuts in baking, so a little broke large pieces with your hands. Heat the pan. Put the nuts and slightly warm. Add 3 tbsp sugar, stirring constantly and caramelizing nuts. This process took me about five minutes. Cool nuts.

Melt in the microwave or in a saucepan the butter. The form for baking put baking paper, cut it with a margin on the edges for easy removal of the cheesecake from the mold. Sprinkle with melted butter a sheet of phyllo dough and lay on the bottom of the form. I decided to put 2 sheets on a single layer.

Spread half of the carrot-curd mixture on the dough. Even out with a spoon.

Sprinkle top of cooled caramelized walnuts. The number of kernels, adjust to your taste.

Spread nuts on sheet of phyllo dough, brush with butter and put on top of another. To include a warming oven 180*.

Spread cheese and layer again hazel. Cover with two more sheets of dough, brush with butter. Tuck all the edges and coat them with oil. Sprinkle it with sugar.

To submit the form in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Be guided by Your oven!!!

The cheesecake is ready!!! Give it a little cool in the form. Gently shift the pie on a dish, cool completely and decorate. A nice Breakfast!!!
