Apple crumble with hazelnut strasheim
Easy and very tasty dessert that can perfectly replace Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Peanuts

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    40 ml

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Puree berry

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In the bowl of a blender mix the oatmeal, peanuts, sugar and sunflower oil.

To break the blender, crushing the contents into crumbs.

Apples wash, dry, cut off their tops (they are still useful to us). Apples cleaned and cut into cubes.

In a pan melt the sugar.

Then put apples and strawberry puree, simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add washed raisins, and cinnamon, mix well.

Into molds for baking, put the Apple filling.

Top of the filling to distribute streusel, put bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes.

Then get the moulds and put on top of strazeele cut the top cover apples. Bake for another 5 minutes. Cool slightly and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
