This cake can be prepared in the period of fasting on the Day of birth. No one will be left without dessert because all of the ingredients lean. The cake is very tasty, with a variety of berries and fruit.

Carrot and Apple grate on a coarse grater, grate the zest from orange and squeeze the juice.
Add flour, soda and knead a sticky dough. Put into the form.

Prepare the cream. Combine water with sugar and boil 20 min. Add the agar-agar and cook for 5 min until dissolved. I don't use gelatin because it is of animal origin, agar-agar vegetable.
