This summer and very bright salad I love for two reasons: 1) Fresh, juicy, available vegetables, exhaling a burst of vitamins. 2) Spicy dressing, which gives the vegetables an unusual and elegant taste of the marinade. Despite the fact that salad consists of light vegetables and dressed with mayonnaise, it is very satisfying. I serve it for dinner in the form of individual dishes, the result - tasty and nutritious. Young zucchini remove seeds. cut into thin half-rings, sprinkle with a little salt and let stand for 20 minutes until zucchini let the juice out. Then gently squeeze the juice with your hands and drain it. Raw zucchini salad with pickle dressing is very tasty! If you have not tried it raw, be sure to give it a try.
While the zucchini let the juice, you just have time to cut all the other ingredients and then add the squeezed zucchini. So, the onions cut thin half-rings.
Shinkuem cabbage, three carrots.
Cut into cubes the tomatoes. This time I've added a little more sausage. You can add any boiled meat. However, this is optional, just the vegetables did not give a salad with the presence of meat!
Prepare the dressing: oil with honey to warm up in the microwave for a few seconds, and stir everything well. Add all remaining ingredients listed under "dressing".
Pour the marinade into the salad and carefully stir so all the vegetables received a portion of the marinade. I suggest letting the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour. And even better - an hour or 3, then the salad is outrageously delicious!
