Dumplings with eggs
Love this dish, and all the eggs you love... so that fans of eggs here))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    13 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

Start kneading the dough. On the Board pour the flour, make a well, add salt, add the egg and water. Then carefully knead the dough is firm and does not stick to hands.

The stuffing I cook in advance. And here is the instruction for cooking. In a small bowl thoroughly whisk the eggs, add salt, spices (I added the grass which is very popular in Dagestan, but its name in Russian, I unfortunately do not know) and milk. Separately fry onions in vegetable oil until Golden brown, leave to cool and then add to the stuffing (in the photo, so to speak, the remains, just to take a picture not guessed).

Then take our cookies and left a hole pour egg-milk mixture. Edge good to take.

Cook in boiling salted water (in the water, if you want, you can add 30 grams of butter, so they don't stick) until tender, then simmer 5-6 minutes, the view should be like the photo, they must swell, but be careful that they do not burst.
