Description

Salad with Apple wild rice
Frankly, at first I planned to make a wild rice side dish to meat. But when the rice was ready and I tried it, I realized that I can just sit and devour a whole plate of rice without meat, fish etc. Fantasy is played and put together this fresh and fragrant salad. Hint of nutty wild rice blends wonderfully with the Apple taste, freshness and zest of celery, plus sour dried cranberries, the sweetness of maple syrup and the aroma of peanut butter and cinnamon. All played together in one plate and worked perfectly. The balance of sour, sweet, salty and spicy. Delicious!
