Wild rice with beets and cabbage
Bright, useful and as always, very simple salad.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    3 piece

  • Wild rice

    180 g

  • Cabbage

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Linseed oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cook Wild rice ("Mistral") as recommended on the packaging

Bake or boil the beets, chop.

The leaves of the Beijing cabbage mash and break arbitrarily.

Combine rice, beet and Kale. Add lemon juice, Flaxseed oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix well. Add the sesame seeds.
