Balls with rice, chocolate and dates
Dessert rice in a half-sphere with chocolate, walnuts and dates. Did the dough for Christmas cookies. Baked hemisphere, I filled them with stuffing and put together into a ball. Did with little girls, sisters.

Spicy dough I made for Christmas for cookies. The dough is pleasant to the touch, elastic. A little test I left for work and the girls sisters. They rarely appear together at grandma's. One morning I saw them in the window and invited me. What I had prepared, we came up with together. Photographed girls are not wanted, not fine... didn't think it would happen to me. Ingredients for dough - wheat flour, butter, brown sugar, caramel syrup, malt extract, starch, baking powder, citric acid, salt, spices - cinnamon, cloves, ginger, black pepper, allspice, cardamom, nutmeg. The number of ingredients do not write, because it is derived from 2 kg of dough.

The dough is thin is unrolled and laid in two silicone forms. Six each with the hemispheres. At the bottom of the dough is pierced with a fork to avoid bubbles during baking. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
