Salad
Easy to prepare, but very tasty and healthy salad.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

When making salads I used Jam Mahe "Blackcurrant"

Boiled beets grate on a coarse grater or cut into cubes

Walnuts chop and add to the beets.

Add to the beetroot jam, butter, a little salt and mix well. Put on plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped walnuts. Bon appetit!
