Description
Very tender and flavorful soup with celery, which very well complement the sesame sticks. Very tasty, I recommend! Recipe from the depths of the Internet.

Cooking
In a saucepan, melt the 2 types of oil (if no sesame oil is possible without it, is also delicious but less flavorful).
Add to the pan finely chopped celery, onion and sesame seeds.
Extinguish all our vegetables on small fire of 10 minutes.
Add flour and saute the vegetables 2 minutes.
Add to vegetables milk and vegetable broth, mix well.
Bring to a boil, turn down the fire and cook on low heat 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
While cooking the soup, make sticks. Parsley, sesame seeds and softened butter should be a good grind.
With a rolling pin gently roll out slices of bread. In the original recipe the bread had to trim the crusts, but I did them because bread is so better keep in shape.
Spread 3/4 of the butter mixture on the slices of bread.
Roll the slices into rolls and fasten them in 2 pieces with toothpicks.
Spread sticks on a baking sheet and brush with remaining oil on top of mixture.
Bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown. Remove from pan, remove toothpicks, sprinkle with sesame seeds (this is optional). So, wand ready.
Back to the soup, add spices, remove from fire, allow to cool a bit and Porirua blender.
The soup is ready, poured into plates, decorate with greens of a celery, sesame sticks! Yummy!!!
