Description
During the "destruction" of stockpiles of last year's carrots, I had this unusual cheese, which we loved. End taste can play a bit, adding as flavors, for example lemon juice or orange juice, or any other on Your taste. Dessert can be submitted on the holiday table, and will come in the post. Will try? Cooking
The ingredients which we'll need for cooking carrot and lentil dessert. In the cooking process of the recipe to share with You, as a flavoring I used 1 tbsp. of dry drink "Pineapple". If you use the lemon juice, then, of course, citric acid is not required.
To get fresh carrot juice, I had to resort to the old "antiquated" method. For this carrot grate on a fine grater and squeeze through gauze.
Add in fresh carrot juice gelatin and leave to swell for 40 minutes. Then heat to dissolve gelatin, but do not bring to a boil.
The lentils boil until tender. I used the red Turkish lentils and cooked it in the proportions of 1 Cup. lentils to 2 cups. water. Cool and blend.
Combine lentil puree, carrot juice with gelatin, citric acid and flavoring.
Mix thoroughly, pour in molds and put in refrigerator for freezing.
This is the finished dessert. I made it in one form, then cut a thin plastic spatula into cubes, you can cut the molds for cookies.
Melt for feeding chocolate convenient way for You. Without chocolate, but delicious anyway.
