Jelly curd
One of my most favorite desserts. Sweet, tender and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 share

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Ingredients:

Gelatin pour 200 ml of cold boiled water.

To withstand 40-60 minutes.

Heat, without boiling, with continuous stirring to dissolve the gelatin.

Bananas and lemon rinse under running water.

In a bowl, fold cottage cheese, peeled the bananas...

... add a tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Add lemon and warm gelatin to the rest of the ingredients.

Pour the mixture over kremanku and put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

Jelly is not very dense, with a mild acidity and mellow taste.
