Cooking
Let's prepare the meat. Remove the membranes and cut into large pieces to fit on top of the lemon (see photo). RUB meat with salt, red and black pepper.
Finely chopped onion and fry in oil (until Golden brown not to bring).
Cinnamon and pepper grind.
Squeeze the juice of 2 lemons.
Mix the juice with the spices (a strain).
The last lemon cut into rings (count the pieces of meat). Lay out the slices of meat to onions. Put a lemon on it and pour the juice mixture and spices. Simmer under a lid for 30 minutes.
Cut peel from 2 lemons, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove cover, add salt, turmeric and lemon juice. Add rice and cook for 12 minutes. IMPORTANT!!! Rice cooking do not drain way, at the rate of 2 parts rice to 3 parts liquid!!!
