Pumpkin gnocchi with mushroom sauce
Gnocchi are small round or oval dumplings. In this video recipe of pumpkin and potatoes. This is a delicious and hearty dish is very simple to prepare!!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    450 g

  • Pumpkin

    350 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Orange zest

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into cubes, put in foil and send in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
