Green salad with capers
My favorite, very simple, very healthy and very tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    80 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    12 piece

  • Basturma

    5 slice

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

That's all we need.

Lettuce wash and dry (we had the lettuce is sold already washed). Large leaves to break it. Cucumber peel, chop and add to lettuce.

Tomatoes cut in half (if you have large potatoes, cut into cubes or sliced), basturma cut into strips.

Add the tomatoes and capers to the salad leaves and cucumbers. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season with olive oil and the juice of half a lemon. Salt to taste (not forgetting that the pastrami is salty).
