Description
This salad is my own invention. He has a light, delicate and pleasant taste; it is easy to prepare and is valuable for health as the content of vitamins in the leaves and stalks of chard is much richer than the usual red beet. They contain vitamins - C, b 1, B2, PP, carotene, valuable acids, proteins and trace elements - iron, potassium, calcium, sodium. Crisp fleshy leaves of chard have a good krovoochischayuschim action. Cooking
To prepare these products, the leaves of the Swiss chard a good rinse under running water and dried. Spread in a flat dish.
