Lean Apple-rye cookies
Cookies are simple, easy to make, but it allows you to experiment. Soft, fragrant and useful, I think it will not be superfluous on the table fast.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    270 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mac

  • Sesame

Cooking

Take two medium apples. They're already not very beautiful, so it's time to put them on cakes.

Cleanse and RUB on a small grater. You get about 200 g of grated Apple.

Add any vegetable oil without smell.

Then the sugar – to your taste.

Now is the vanillin, the baking powder and flour. Here you can experiment – try different flours or a mixture thereof. For example, I like rye or a mixture of rye and corn (maize gives greater friability). But you can take wheat, and oatmeal (I added Flaxseed, but it's not for everybody:)). It is important not to score the dough with a flour – it should not be sticky, but not tight.

Roll out the dough thickness of 0.5-0.7 cm, cut out the figures.

Recently I began to lubricate vegetable cakes soy sauce (maybe not the coolest, but for me this possibility of its use was discovery). It not only gives appetizing color and contrast a touch in sweet baked goods (especially if you eat cookies on the advice of a cat of Matroskin, upside down – "the sausage in the language":)). In addition, it perfectly fits various topping.

I used "Kikkoman".

And the grit – assorted: sesame seeds, poppy seeds and brown sugar (sorry, it was not granular). The pan, if there is no silicone Mat, brush with oil.
