Cake with no butter and no eggs
It was evening, there was nothing to do. After my baby fell asleep, I wanted to bake something sweet, but butter and eggs on hand was not. So blinded that was, and it was very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Nuts

    3 cup

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Dried apricots

    10 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Flour mixed with salt, sugar and the sachet of baking powder or a teaspoon of hydrated soda. Add honey and water and mix well. Should get a soft dough similar to ravioli. Wrap it and set aside for another hour.. Make the filling: 2 cups nuts - I picked cashew nuts-grind with water and sugar in a blender until smooth. Put in a Cup and separate into another bowl a little more than a half-Cup of this mass is we save to cover the cake. In the rest, add the remaining chopped nuts, soaked in boiling water raisins and chopped dried apricots.

Divide the dough into 4-5 parts and roll out with a thickness of about 5 mm

Bake on baking paper or greased baking sheet about 5 minutes. Should be light brown color

Biscuits/lepeshechki fold one-on-one and obreja edges to make a circle. The remaining pieces of cakes chop and add to stuffing.
