Cooking
Every housewife uses her recipe for pancakes. I make pancakes like this: a Little warm up 500 ml of yogurt, add 4-5 eggs, 5 tbsp oil, salt, sugar and pour the flour to the state of the dough for pancakes. With the flour put 0.5 tsp of baking soda.
The batter is thick, it is diluted with carbonated mineral water to desired consistency - it all depends on how thick you want to make pancakes.
A hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil and bake pancakes.
Here's a pile of fragrant spongy pancakes turned out.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. A VERY TASTY SAUCE. Honestly. Addict - any meat, and boiled potatoes... so, take any herbs according to your wish ( I have parsley, cilantro, green onion and dill), it's very tasty to make a sauce in the summer when Basil is fragrant - it is very here by the way. cut greens, slightly add salt (keep in mind that there will be more pickles and they will give their salt) and spoon MNU greens, to open up their aroma to the fullest.
To the greens add sour cream and finely chopped cucumber. I always use sauerkraut.
Next, put the spices. Choose the spices to your taste - I have dry adjika and pepper ready for Abkhazian adjika
Mix and adjust for salt. I doselevel either sour pickles or spices, which include salt, or just needs more salt as you like. The sauce better marinate for 20-30 minutes, but you can serve immediately to the table. There are no nuts, but for some reason all their "find" in taste )). The sauce is suitable for meat, chicken and just spread on bread and top with slice of boiled meat or language...
For the filling, take two small pork steak (can be chicken breast or slices of beef you have available), salt, pepper, sprinkle with your favorite spices ( I have dry adjika), liberally grease with vegetable oil and "massage" the meat pieces.
Fry the steaks on a very hot grill.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes so all the juices evenly distributed across the meat and cut into small slices. Cut onion into rings and a little sprinkle of vinegar (if you don't like vinegar, you can live without it).
Put the pancake on a lettuce on his meat.
Top generously pour the sauce and put rings of onions.
Finishing thin slices of pickled (marinated) cucumber.
Wrap and serve. Satisfying, harmless, and very tasty it turns out.
My son does not tear away from such a meal. Enjoy your meal and Your family!
