All ingenious - is simple. So I thought when I accidentally saw in the Internet a video where the role of the chef was a nun. As I later learned she is quite famous for its simple and tasty dishes. This salad firmly entrenched in my menu. You also have a nice crunch.
Ingredients

Lemon juice

Onion

Olive oil

Cooking
To cook all foods.
Wash and chop the spinach. Finely chop the onion. To depravity vegetable oil and squeezed juice of lemon. Salt.
Mix well.
Voila. You can treat yourself. I used boiled buckwheat and meat, stewed with green peas.
