Quinoa with mushrooms and smoked cod
Yum-yum salad. Quinoa is a substitute for meat, it is rich in proteins and amino acids. For people who prefer a plant-based diet is an essential product. Decided to construct a simple salad.

Ingredients

  • Leeks

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Tartlet

    10 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Quinoa

Cooking

Chop and onion together with mushrooms stew in a pan in vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes.

3 tablespoons quinoa boiled in salted water, as recommended on the package.

Once the mushroom and onion has cooled down add the cooked grits and stir.

Dismantle the fish, remove the bones and add to onions with mushrooms and quinoa. Dressed with light mayonnaise. Spread on tarts. All. Enjoy.
