Tart with lemon almond stuffing without baking
"About" tarts no-bake, flour, dairy or hassle of cooking. Ideal for those who are not indifferent to their health, keeping fit and who simply unbearable to be in the heat of summer in a hot kitchen. I think many of you know or heard about the amazing vegetarian cheesecake with cashews and used as the basis of the almonds combined with lemon and honey makes the taste of cakes exquisite and unique.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Honey

    30 g

  • Cocoa powder

    15 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    40 g

  • Honey

    80 g

Cooking

100 g of raw almonds soaked for several hours in boiling water or leave overnight in warm water.

The rest of the nuts in a blender or grind in a coffee grinder finely, but not into flour. In a bowl, combine unsweetened cocoa powder and honey. Instead of cocoa you can use carob.

Carefully knead the "dough" of cocoa, nuts and honey. If the mixture is crumbly and not sticky and plastic, add a few drops of boiled water. The mixture turns lipoate, but perfectly shaped. Distributed mass over the silicone mold, forming the bottom and sides. Just in case shots from inside each mould with cling film, but as it turned out, no need it was not cooled in the refrigerator for several hours the mixture is well behind the silicone and absolutely will not stick to it.
