Crisp air base, light cream cheese, fabulous acidity of the jam, the bitterness of dark chocolate... an amazing palette of flavor! Cooking
In advance get the dough out of the freezer, unfreeze it so that it could roll out. The dough can take, in principle, any ideally - Philo.
Now for the cream. In cream cheese add powdered sugar, vanilla and 1-2 tsp of juice from the confit (I have a low calorie D'arbo cherry).
Whisk cream with a mixer, gradually adding the milk, achieving the desired consistency.
Roll out the dough as thin as possible and cut into squares. I roll out not very thin and was punished for it its subsequent rapid rise. Lay out the squares in the tins, not much worrying about the form of future baskets: they have to be asymmetrical, that's their charm.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it will turn brown. Allow to cool and released from the beans. Deepen the basket, taking possibly the middle, leaving only the outer wall.
In each basket put a teaspoon of jam.
Fill remaining space with cheese-cream, you can just spoon, but you can from the pastry syringe.
Decorate with chocolate grated and broken.
