This light dessert with exquisite taste, completely safe for your body, but also good for your health and beauty. Jelly has amazing properties. For example, substances which are contained in jelly, contribute to improvement and strengthening of hair and nails, have a beneficial effect on the skin. This recipe I cooked from the book A. Seleznev and a little added from himself.

Cooking
To get the apricots from the can,
Dry and grind in a blender.
Fructose and beat until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Pour 2 tbsp of apricot juice in a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, pour on top of 2 tsp of gelatin. To withstand 5 minutes until the mixture becomes porous.
Stir the gelatin mixture with half of the apricot puree
and pour into the form. Chill puree in the refrigerator for 40 minutes so that the mixture thickens.
Dissolve the remaining gelatin in apricot juice (3 tbsp). Mix the remaining apricot puree with the yogurt and gelatin mixture.
Pour the mixture in the frozen fruit puree and chill 3 hours.
Ready apricot jelly (mould), delete for a few seconds in hot water, stir and put the dessert on the dish. Decorate with slices of apricot and berries. Bon appetit!
