Ingredients

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Semolina

    7 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

The cooking method is simple. All products, except chocolate, stir until smooth (specks of cheese may remain).

Pour it into a form that greased, and put in preheated oven, bake at a temperature of 180 deg. Baking time depends on oven and size of the form. I had poured a rather thin layer, because, in addition to the main form, I have baked in two small. It was baked for about 1 hour. It is necessary to pierce a match, it should not be wet. Cool better in the oven, take out only when it cools down.
