Honey gingerbread from rye flour with prunes
Cook the cakes in small portions at a time, when they lie, they become solid. (if the cakes didn't cook post, add the butter and eggs, the filling can be to your taste: berries, fruits, dried fruits, jam, etc.)

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

  • Honey

    250 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Almonds

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger

  • Cardamom

  • Olive oil

Honey put in saucepan, bring to low heat, stirring to boiling,

Add the flour and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat, add soda and continue to knead the dough until smooth. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours

Prunes pour boiling water, chop, add sugar to taste
