Description
I really wanted the mega-coffee cakes. Without hesitation, I made 'coffee beans'. It is well-known for many beautiful cookies in the form of coffee grains, recipes which are many and on the website, and the Internet... But mostly they are more chocolate than coffee - they have a lot of cocoa. My recipe is a little different, so I decided to share it with you. And thank you elena745641 for her recipe for Lenten Chocolate coffee oatmeal cookies. With oatmeal, I really liked the beans and I made them"fancy" variation! Lovers-admirers dedicated to the whole coffee...

Cooking
Sift the flour, mix with oatmeal, baking powder
Separate the whites from the yolks beat the whites with the sugar (I prefer powdered sugar)
Just foam, not to the peaks :)
To the yolks add the softened butter
In hot milk to dissolve the coffee with cocoa, mix well
Pour in the oil mixture, add the liqueur. As you know, alcohol in the baking evaporates (especially at a high temperature and long time), so Bailey's is added only to enhance the flavor
Add the flour with the baking powder (or before the flour is hydrated soda, will not overdo it, and the biscuits will swell up like a bun :))
Stir gently. And added proteins (initially forgot to specify on the photo to see what they are here :) are)
Flour do you need so that you could roll balls with the dough (ie make it smooth and not stick) As you can see, I first reported flour (was 200g of PSEN. and ovs.)
Here's the dough in this flour in the ingredients
Take a piece of a walnut, and it is better with the cherries and the shape more elongated than a sphere (as already on the baking sheet)
Spread on a baking sheet And presses the middle of a narrow blade deeper
Bake at 180-200 degrees (depending on oven, I think it is possible and more, but don't want :) about 15-20 minutes Here they are after 5 minutes! I had a little more baking powder, and the cookies have risen strongly
While still soft, I once again pushed through in the centre (because I have slots equal slightly because of the rise)
And this is the last time I cooked without cocoa, as you can see, the cookies lighter and without oat flour - they taste was not pronounced...
Finally ate! (The photo is very bright cookies the first time without cacao) took a picnic (school of health), the guys liked it, the teacher asked for the recipe! And I hope you enjoy my version of this cookie!) By the way, if you heat it in the micro "coffee beans", they will be soft and more crumbly ;)
