Royal cheesecake with raspberries
Royal cheesecake unusually delicate taste. Even if you don't like cheese in any form, I would say that is a culinary miracle. I made cheesecake in the summer version and the taste is only enriched with fresh notes of raspberry.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Raspberry

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Sift the flour, chilled butter, grate
