Wash liver and remove veins, if any.
In the processor chop the onion and dill.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise, chopped herbs and salt and pepper.
Liver roll in cornstarch, then in the batter and fry on both sides. Fry each side for about 3-4 minutes with the lid on low heat. Then stew in a saucepan, adding a little water. It is not necessary to cover the liver completely.
