For the dough: in warm water stir up the yeast "SAF-Moment" and honey. Cover and leave in a warm place until the appearance of the foam cap (20-30 minutes)

For flavored oil: mix all ingredients, make the mass thin "sausage", wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze.
So the dough rose in half an hour. At this stage I obmal the dough and again put in a warm place for fermentation.
After an hour divide the dough into equal parts. I got the 12-th pieces weighing 60 grams each. From the pieces of dough to shape the balls, put them in form, covered with baking paper. Between testname balls need to leave gaps-they will grow up. Form cover and put in warm place for 30-40 minutes. The workpiece must be increased two times.
Preheat the oven t 200-210 degrees. "Sausage" made from aromatic oil, divide into equal parts. In each ball make a hole in (NOT through) and fill with fragrant oil. Billets I than not greased before baking. Immediately put to bake rolls in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until Browning.
The finished muffin let cool on wire rack under a cloth. I greased the surface of the rolls a small amount of butter.
