The main ingredient of the filling -- the seitan. This is an analogue of soy meat, only from wheat flour. Divide it into two parts. One boil.

Fry the onion and mushrooms. Instead of mushrooms you can take pickles, also delicious. Add boiled and fried seitan, pour soy sauce to taste, pepper. It is thanks to the soy sauce in the seitan appears the very hint of the taste of the meat. Fry for 10 more minutes MB.
