Cooking
Put the flour on the table, chop margarine, add the sour cream gradually. Knead homogeneous dough. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. divide the Dough into 15 equal parts.
Roll out each piece oval flapjack, put the berries. (if berries with seeds, pre-bone removed.)
Roll the dough with the berries in the tube. Bake in preheated oven until rolls are browned. For the cream beat butter with condensed milk.
Ready cooled "Poleshko" to build rows on a platter. One another: 5,4,3,2,1. Each series good fluff cream. Remaining cream to lubricate the cake on top.
Decorate as desired. Here's a nice slice turns!
