Eggs in the nest
Despite the high calories - this dish is surprisingly light and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Curry

    2 tsp

  • Broth

    600 ml

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Jam

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

Finely chop the onion

and saute it in butter on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add curry

and 1.5 tbsp flour.

And saute for another 3 minutes.

Prepare broth or dissolved bouillon cubes in boiling water.

Pour the broth little by little, stirring to avoid lumps. Stir, bring to a boil, and then boil for another 30 minutes on low heat.

Remove from heat and add a teaspoon of apricot jam

and sour cream.

Salt, pepper.

And add lemon juice.

Boiled eggs cut into quarters and put into the sauce. Heat the sauce on low heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Served with boiled rice. Bon appetit!
