Mushrooms wrapped in bacon
I don't even know what to say about this dish. Went into a vegetable store, and there are huge, white, fresh, clean mushrooms. Could not resist and bought... what a beauty!!! Go home and think, "What can I do with them? To cut this beauty sorry!" And I decided to stuff and bake. And the bacon I just love, I wear it often. It gives a smoky flavour and juiciness)))

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Onion very finely chopped.

Mushrooms clean, carefully break open the legs and then gently, a small spoon, remove to plate.

Fry the chopped legs with onions.

In a bowl put the minced meat, add spices, egg and garlic. Mix.

In minced meat add the fried mushrooms and again mix well.

Lay criss-cross two strips of bacon. Down - longer on top - short hair.

First, wrap a short strip to the top and then long.

There are attractive balls we get. It is possible to be sure to stick a toothpick vertically to fasten strips of bacon.

Put the mushrooms into the form, pour a little water just to cover the bottom of the form, and put it in the oven. Temperature of 200*C. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with rice and vegetables. I've served 4 mushrooms, but it was very much. Two mushrooms per serving is quite enough for us. It was incredibly delicious, flavorful, juicy... Now I go shopping and look for large mushrooms. Really want to repeat)))
