Bruschetta with pear and cheese
This is a simple dish, but it is appropriate as an appetizer at a festive SRT. A mix of crispy bread, sweet-nutty taste of cheese and sweet pear with a honey dressing and pine nuts will not leave anyone indifferent.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    40 g

  • Baguette

    4 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    15 g

Cooking

Baguette cut into 4 pieces with a thickness of about 1.5 cm.

Belfort cheese grate on a fine grater.

Baguette browned in a dry frying pan on both sides until Golden color.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven for 3 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Pear cut into thin slices.

Send in the oven for 5 -7 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Pour liquid honey and decorate with pine nuts.
